Return and Refund Policy
We accept return and refund requests in the following cases:

Product with manufacturing defect.

Product different from the one advertised.

Product not delivered within 60 calendar days of shipment (except in cases of incorrect address or failure to collect by the customer).
How to Request

The customer must contact our support team via email within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

Photos or videos showing the problem are required.
Refund Process

After analysis and approval, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method within 7 business days.

In cases requiring a physical return, the product must be shipped to the address provided by our support team, with shipping costs covered by the customer (except in cases of defects or errors by Bellvion).
