Exchange Policy

Due to our international logistics model, we do not accept exchanges for size, color, or change of mind, only replacements in cases of defects or incorrect items.

Exchange Eligibility

• Product with manufacturing defect.

• Incorrect product shipped.

The procedure is the same as in the Return Policy, and the customer must contact our support team within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
